We come back with rates
One quote per property: the rate per room per night, taxes and fees, what the cancellation terms are, and how long the rate is held.
Usually within the hour during business hours.
- 03 Accepted Booking confirmed
You accept one
Accepting issues a confirmation code and a printable voucher, and releases the properties you did not take so they are not held against you.
Settlement runs on your existing invoicing terms.
What comes back
Every quote says the same four things, in the same four places.
- Rate
- Per room, per night, in the currency you are invoiced in.
- Taxes and fees
- Itemised, not folded into the rate.
- Cancellation
- The deadline and what it costs after it passes.
- Held until
- A timestamp. After it, the rate lapses and we re-price.
Common questions
Why do I have to open an account?
Because the rates are contracted, not retail. We check who you are before showing what you would pay, and approval is usually the same business day.
What if the dates move?
Message us on the request. If the quote has not been accepted we re-price it; if it has, we work it out with the property.
Do you take payment?
No. Accepting a quote produces a confirmation and a voucher, and settlement runs on your existing invoicing terms.
Can I hold more than one property?
Not on the same request. Accepting one quote releases the others, so a property is never held against you by accident. File a second request if you genuinely need two blocks.
How late can I file something?
Any time. Whether we can fill it at 1am depends on the night, but the desk is staffed and the request will be looked at.
