Every day, aircrews go out of hours at JFK, flights divert, freight teams get stuck on a customs hold, and training cohorts arrive a day early. All of them need rooms near the airport, at a rate someone has already agreed, without anybody opening twelve browser tabs.
You get a price per property, the cancellation terms in writing, and a confirmation you can hand to a front desk. If the dates move, you say so on the request and we re-price it — there is no queue to join and no reference number to quote at a stranger.
The whole thing runs on one idea: at 3am, the person filing the request should never have to wonder who is holding the work.
How the desk runs

A request is awaiting a quote, quoted, or accepted. Never two of those, never none. Whoever opens it at 3am can tell in a glance who is holding the work.

Rates come from agreements with the properties, which is why they are behind an account. What you are shown is what you would be invoiced.
